Service contract
- Add Service Contract
The Service Contract entitles you to receive technical support and updates for the period of 1 or 3 years. Without a Service Contract you are entitled to receive patch releases of the purchased version.
Service Contract upgrade
Select "None" if you do not need an Annual Service Contract. Select "Renew" if you do not have an Annual Service Contract, or if it is expired. Select "Upgrade" if you have a valid Annual Service Contract.

The Standard Version does not have these classes, and consequently you cannot access object instances through the TOracleDataSet and TOracleQuery components, use the TXMLType class, and use a TOracleQueue based on an object queue (only raw queues are available in the standard edition).

Reinstatement Fee
The new Service Contract will start at the end date of the previous Service Contract, or at the order date of the license if it did not yet have a Service Contract.
